View Full Version : Visa stamped on wrong passport

Good morning!

My mom and my son's visas were delivered on Saturday. Both have been approved which is great, but the stamps have been interchanged. My son's visa was stamped on my mom's passport, and vice versa.

We tried ringing the British Embassy, but it goes straight to a message recording saying to check the website. The only thing I can find on the website is how to transfer a visa from an old passport to a new one.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you very much.

Thank you, Terpe. We went back to VFS, and they sent the passports back to the Embassy. They just received the amended visas today.

Thank you for your help. :)
