Virgin seat plus

Just trying to book our seats and i came across this, Virgin seat plus,
Yes if you are wanting you can reserve the seat next to you so that way you can stretch out knowing no one is going to sit near you,
I have just booked one, so me and Ems can sit near the window and have the extra seat to lstretch out and try to sleep,
Its a night flight coming back so we may sleep then again may not, the cost to do this £65 , i think its a great price to have that extra space ,

Do they stick with this if the plane becomes so full they could need the empty seat, I realise if you paid for it they should, but do they?
