Well its that time of year Xmas parties , big dinners , more food then you ever ever eat, so they weight goes on ,
Hang about its not started yet so why have i put on weight,
I cannot fit in my trousers and i cannot adjust the button either,
So into town for a new pair ready for tonight's party,
Why cant you get trousers with those buttons on the side where you could expand them or ever with the elasticated little bit,
Is it middle age spread spreading quicker then i thought,
But here is what i dont get , your jeans and shorts you wear from day to day fit you perfect, but the one you where once or twice a year well they must shrink

I could always find those very useful adjustable trousers in M&S :xxgrinning--00xx3:

Bit pricey but nice quality.

I've lost so must weight and so many waist inches that not many of my shorts and trousers fit so great.
Thank goodness for a belt

I'll not buy any new stuff though. Still plenty of years wear left :xxgrinning--00xx3:

Easier to put on than loose those extra pounds :omg:

I say ban Christmas it will help us not put weight on to start with :xxgrinning--00xx3:

I did cook a nice bit of Roast Beef for dinner today though, with plenty of green veg :xxgrinning--00xx3:

Being the miserable Atheist that I am, no extra food will be consumed by me this Xmas.

I have had to let my belt out by one notch since stopping smoking though:Erm:... but still only wear 34 waist trousers... up from 32 when I was 18 years old, so not too bad for a 80 kilo 6 footer.

I never eat any extra to normal at Christmas Graham all I do is eat Turkey a few days instead of whatever meat I normally eat, also my waist averages 33" give or take 1" on occasion!:xxgrinning--00xx3:

There are many dishes I will eat far above moderation.
Especially Sashimi, Kinilaw, Yakatori and Yakisoba
Life is for living and I'm a 'foodie

Oh, I like my tasty, healthy food... and love to cook, especially with the bargains I seek out, like this bag of assorted peppers I bought last week, perfect, but reduced to 7 p . ( Colours dulled by my tablet camera).
