OK ... :anerikke: ... it may be "old hat" - more than 5 years' old, in fact - but it's an AMAZING tale of one woman's triumph over adversity.
Rosita McKenzie from Portobello mounted an exhibition of her work at Edinburgh's Central Library on George IV Bridge during the Scottish Capital's prestigious 2010 Arts Festival. :xxgrinning--00xx3:

Blind since the age of twelve, Mrs McKenzie (now 59) homes in on her subjects' personalities in order to capture the photoshoots she needs ... and, to ensure her pictures are in focus, uses a digital camera on an automatic setting.
