That is a horrific video, but equally it shows some appalling driving... and presumably mobiles being used while driving.

There really can be no excuse for mowing down a pedestrian (or cyclist) unless they literally leap out in front of you.... especially on a pedestrian crossing ! :NoNo:

Be observant and drive according to the road conditions and speed limit ! :mad:
