Hi guys.
I will shortly be applying for Premium service slot in Cardiff. I believe that during the online process there will be a payment for NHS. Could someone please tell me the general process when applying with this service? Questions like, in this process do I pay the Visa Application Fee? The NHS surcharge? etc
Any advise greatly appreciated.
