They say we sound like our parents once we get to there age but do we,
When i was small i can remember my dad going on about this and that nd being so young well he must be right, but when you start to get in your teens well you have your own thoughts about life,
My dad was a clever man in my eyes, but he was not right on everything just like me i know i am not right on all things but i do have a opinion,
But know i am in my late fifties i know i am sounding more like my dad , its not bad its more funny when i realize i am saying things he would, so do any of you think sometimes you are sounding just like your dad, or it could be your mam

 I often sound like my dad, people tell me  ... especially when mimicking his voice in front of those who knew him.

I am the polar opposite of my father,he wasnt father material, not a nice guy at all,i havent spoken to him in years,he was a very harsh disciplinerian which is code for he used to kick crap out of me,i am the total opposite with my kid,i still remember the time i had to shout at him for wandering too close to a road,it always makes me feel deeply guilty.

My dad is nothing like me. He annoys me that much I haven't spoken to him for years. I blame by mum though who is selfish, clingy and everything has to revolve around her. He acts uptight and holier than thou when he's in her company but on his own he is totally different; more relaxed and easy to talk with. Speaking to him on his own though was a rarety especially when I was getting towards adulthood. :cwm25:
