Following last Thursday's Referendum - in which 62% of Scots voted to remain in the EU - it appears 'Jimmy Krankie's lookalike is getting impatient to "enter into negotiations" with *Brussels. :icon_lol:

However, it's my understanding that she's actually been informed by senior [not so] civil servants *there that her  of vetoing the UK's majority vote is unlikely to appease EU Commissioners and other bureaucrats - who are already upset over the decision of the nation as a whole.

Besides ...:anerikke: ... the undernoted link goes on to indicate there're no guarantees the Westminster Government would sanction a second Scottish Referendum, and - even in the event it did - an independent Scotland would need to reapply for EU membership as a separate country.

But, of course, they're ALL politically motivated - :icon_rolleyes: and the journos are constantly fishing around for sensational stories - so, who are we meant to believe?

It seems everyone is up in arms at this moment, did they politicians really think that we would stay IN and just lie on our backs and take it all,
It is time to stand our ground and say enough is enough, did we want to leave the EU, i am sure there are many who knows no difference if we was in or out,
Do people really think Scotland would want to be part of the old EU rather then staying as part of the UK, or is it a few people who think they can speak for others just to better there selves,
All this crap flying around at this moment i can see a light at the end and its going to shine in our favor too, just hang on in boys,

I agree Steve,

Too many unpatriotic and negative people.

I blame 40 years membership of the EU for it. :xxgrinning--00xx3:

True.

Let's hope the hysteria and panic settles down a bit and gives us a stronger pound. :xxgrinning--00xx3:

True.

Let's hope the hysteria and panic settles down a bit and gives us a stronger pound. :xxgrinning--00xx3:

'tis true there's *panic all around,
And they're :poke: *blaming it on Brexit
But our nation needs to stand its ground
Now the UK's made its exit.

Those who claim the British pound
Soon won't be worth a penny,
Of their own voice they like the sound
Of them :icon_rolleyes:... there's still too many.

So e'en if they kick up a fuss
Well ...:anerikke: ... we're ALL in this together
Let 'em shout ... scream or cuss :cuss:
Somehow, the storm ... we'll weather!
