Hello everyone! Merry Christmas everyone and a Prosperous New Year!

Sorry, I thought i can convey my message better if i talk in my own language.
Anyways, im inquiring about cargo companies that most Filipino used when sending balikbayan boxes to the Philippines. It's my first time to send a cargo and i used Philippine Cargo Services. Unfortunately, as of this time, i haven't received any feedback on the status of my cargo. I tried to communicate thru email, calls, text, no reply. im getting a little worried.
I'm hoping that thru this forum i'll get a feedback from other members who has an experience with this company.

We have been experiencing great difficulties with a box we sent.
It left England on September 20th, and it was meant to take 2 months. My in laws got a call a few weeks ago to tell them to pick it up near Manila airport. The service was meant to be door to door, and they live in Oriental Mindoro!!!
To say I'm disappointed is an understatement. Missed Xmas and New Year! It should have arrived mid to late November!!
All calls/texts to no avail so far. Maybe he'll sort it when he's back.
That's if the box is still intact!!!
The company shall remain nameless............ for now anyway!
Anyone else had similar problems, or any suggestions? Cheers, Tommy.

What's the cargo your sending (mind your own business big nose! - your voice!) I assume it's the paperwork and materials for your fiance's materials? Or is it something smaller, like a tank? :icon_lol:

Make sure your proactive in complaining (reads like you have been)
we have had a problem with a remittance which the missus and her friends and families here and in phill were like oh well im sure they will sort it out. After ten days the missus mentions theres a problem:doh and her lill bro needs some cash for some school event or other. why are Phills such great hagglers in the market or shop yet dont like to pipe up when a company is not doing what was asked of them:Erm:
But im like ok lets fire of the email and then you ring tomorrow. Funnily enough the next day we have half of a large bank in the UK and Phill sorting out the problem.
Are they a british based company if so, it might be worth taking out a small claims case agaisnt them if possible? If they dont pay up you send the baliffs in.
