The house we live in is in my name, the mortgage was in my name but it's been paid long ago,so if I am wanting to rent the house out to my daughter knowing that one day she will have it .what is the best way to go.
It's going to be a set rent for a set time and after that time it will be hers, but what happens if we fall out and I want it back, or something goes wrong over in the Philippines and I need emergency medical help back here too.
So really I still need the house in my name.
Anyone knows the right way or a easy way to get all this done, or is it a case of pen to paper and have it witnessed.

Rental contract as if for any person renting Steve. Then you can give her notice if you need to come back or sell. All you need to do if you want your daughter to have it, is leave a Will with her as beneficiary after you patay.
