Banned from driving :drivingx: and fined ... with further penalty points added to his licence - for speeding [again] - Dominic Chappell, the one~time racing driver and former owner of liquidated High Street retail chain, Bhs.

Apparently, the business magnate (reputed to rake in £5.000 a week) had tried to "con" his way out of this latest conviction :blahblah::blahblah::blahblah: - only to find his bluff called by the presiding magistrate, who was unsympathetic towards his "sob story".
