Thing is, they don't need to be wearing grotesque face masks, NOR even be kitted out in fancy attire, to scare the living daylights out of unsuspecting members of the public, :nono-1-1: ... they're none other than some of the 'idiot drivers' on :Britain:'s roads ... as your average, law-abiding motorist will confirm.
