Manny Pacquiao is an uneducated peasant..
Good boxer and obviously a national hero but is very much out of his depth politically..
Certain seasoned Senators and Congressmen are and will continue to manipulate his naivete for their own greedy agenda.
One day Manny will be President of the Philippines.
