Happy Chinese New Year of the Rooster!

It's quite a festival here in the Phils so to celebrate I'm cooking lunch soon. Sweet and sour pork with boiled rice and Chicken Chow Mein. A real pity no crispy duck and pancakes through!

We bought plenty of special New Year foods yesterday.....yummy.
