Has to pay to get his car back and a nice bit of community service. Pity they don't do the same here instead of issuing Section 59 warnings to the McDonalds wheelspin crew.

He was referred to the Juvenile Prosecution after being charged with endangering people’s lives, damaging public property and fleeing the scene.
...................................
....the driver did not have a driving licence and that he took the car from the family’s driver as his parents were not at home.


Seems it should have carried something a bit more substantial IMHO
