I have mentioned before about my friend who had lazer eye treatment many years ago.
Can you remember the adverts i can, anyway this friend had always wore glasses and after the treatment he did not need them.
Well like anything nothing will last forever, and this goes for lazer eye treatment too.
He certainly round this weekend with his new bionic eye and as he says it's great, the end of this month he will get the other eye done too.
As he went private the first time he could not get the treatment done this time on the NHS so again it's private again, the cost for him to get his eye site back to some sort of normal £7000 ,it's a good job he has his lotto win still i told him.

Always a risk with these things.
Good luck I say

I had it around 18 years ago, I was as blind as the proverbial bat.

They warn you it may not work, they warn you your eyes may get worse, they warn you you may need glasses again in the future. over the past couple of years I have needed glasses for driving and and watching tv from a distance. Truth be told I probably should wear them a lot more than I do... But I am a bit vain in that regard!

He had all the warnings too, but as it was all done private in the beginning, if anything went wrong many years later then the NHS will not get involved, so he has gone private again
