Wilcon is large home improvement store here in the Philippines.
Personally I like it. It's a place I can easily spend a couple of hours just browsing around and picking up ideas on home improvements and on the tools to get a job done properly with minimum of fuss.
We're quite lucky in that we have a huge store just up the road in Libis.
We also have another one in the lower floor of Ali Mall Cubao which is so easy to get to by train.
Anyway they are in the midst of floating the business on the PSE with a P7-billion initial public offering of shares.
It's not a 'knock-em-out-cheap' business but has a range of quality stuff for most budgets.
I'll be visiting again soon for some specialised drawer systems for the dirty kitchen.
