When I read this article it brought back sad memories of the passing of my dad.

Why?
Simply due to NHS 'gobbledygook' being made to me at the time

When I questioned the lack of care my dad was getting I was told that the NHS does not 'our pathway does not extend the current experience' of patients of his type.

That meant just leave the patient alone with zero intervention.

I've also been against 'gobbledygook' as an intentional method to confuse and send the wrong message.

Time for some 'sticky toffee puddings' if you get my drift
