You dont seem to see this much these days , when you use to see a pet dog tied to a post while the owners have gone inside for something.
The pet use to just site there waiting for the return of his or her master, some would be barking and crying while others just sat there.
But this person seems to have forgotten about this pet they left tied up to a tree.
