Terrible filming this person, but these days everywhere you see a incident there are people with phones taking pictures or filming it.
Some are fun as we we see them on tv shows and the internet but when does the fun become stupid and then wrong.

I agree, though reading the story really shows what life is like in Q8 for those poor domestic workers, I remember when we lived there and bought our fridge and wondered why it had a lock on it, so the locals could stop the domestics taking food...

I saw that on live leaks,no pity nor emotion on the voice of the person filming, makes you wonder how that poor lady ended up on the outside of the window?When I lived in Hong Kong a Filipino maid and her lady employer were locked out of their apartment, it was one of the top floors, the lady somehow convinced the Filipina it would be a good idea to tie a rope round her waist and be lowered down to the balcony from the flat communal roof, it didn't end well for the Filipina. :NoNo:
