unless your skilled and your skill is on the job shortage list, and then if you can find an employer who is willing to apply for a workpermit for you, or if your highly skilled you could try HSMP where you don't need a job offer to come to the uk, but you need 75 points min, which is pretty hard to get ( degree at least, or a masters, points for being under 29 yr old but better if your under 27, and pay slips showing you've had a well paid job or its a :NoNo:
