Well i have started a new part of my life its called keeping fit.
Yesterday i started on the bike and i went on it and did 30 minutes , today i have done 10 minutes and later on today i will do another 20-30 minutes.
No chocolate , well just had i twix and that for me is very good with my sweet tooth , no biscuits and i feel better then i thought.
I am going to try to do this everyday and doing two shifts it may not be the best times but i have a wager with Emma and i cant loose it.
A new slim Steve will be back soon, and if this does not work a trip back to the Philippines is on the cards , there i get the runes and i loose so much weight that way, but that way will cost me thousands .
