How many times have you heard this from your mam or dad, or sister or even your partner and maybe you yourself have said this too.
Ok it may not kill you and let's face it, we all have picked the green bits off the loaf and the cheese too.
But will you stop doing it?
The worst bit is when you have made the sandwich, bite into it and then found the mold after the next few bites.
