Some great deals out there if you are wanting to move house or buy a new house, and if you are not a cash buyer well there are some good offers.
When i started onto the housing market many many years ago the interest rates were sky high reaching just around 15% and my last mortgage rate was fixed at just over 6%.
So these offers do look good.
I am so glad i am out of this game now and not having much of a working life ahead of me i would never dare start to look for the other house.
