Did anyone out there watch this program last night, well i did because i do get STRESSED at work and maybe i get anxiety too.
So i thought i would watch it and maybe it may give me some clues in how to combat it.
IAM SO EXCITED ,thats what they say to say if you feel a little stress coming on, change your eating too, and maybe a little breathing exercising too.
Maybe all these are great but what brings it all on , "WORK", and so called work colleges.
My plan for today is to keep saying "IAM SO EXCITED", and see how that goes,
If there is anyone out there , what do you do to if you get these.

Stress remains one of THE MAIN scourges of modern times ... believed to be responsible for many of today's most potentially lethal illnesses, ranging - across the board - from the numerous forms of cancer to various heart ailments, strokes and, of course related vascular diseases. :bigcry:
