So at last I had new dentures made. The dentist wanted 50,000 pesos.:yikes: So I went direct to the dental technician 14,000 pesos. :xxgrinning--00xx3::icon_lol: Saturday impressions taken, Sunday new teeth fitted and happily munching. :icon_lol::icon_lol:

I have a dental appointment with an implantologist next month, got a tooth missing at the back right hand side :cwm25:

Mine is right in the front top right.
I did have implant but that became lose then they said i could not have another, so i have this plate, its annoying and I can't wait to take it out after wearing it all day, but its better then 'having a gap and whistling on the SSSSSSSSSSSSS,s :biggrin:

Now you know why i hate wearing a full false set all day, to be honest i take them out at every opportunity :biggrin:.

I've mentioned before Steve, if you contact your nearest University Dental Hospital you could have a full set of teeth for free it would only take a few visits over two or three months; also they are normally desperate for people to contact them as it helps train all the students, I went yesterday for scale and polish been going regularly since 1989 the Tutor told me yesterday that some patients have been with them since the seventies. I've been averaging three visits per year and don't regret it one bit :wink:

I've still got all mine, but only because of regular dental work... free now, cos I'm a poor OAP... with lots of shiny teeth. :biggrin:
