First of all, thanks for allowing me to be a member here. I see that the forum has members from all over the world, so I hope you'll allow an American to be a member here as well.

Second of all, I do have a Filipina girlfriend. She and I have known each other since 2008; we met on a mobile site by the name of myGamma. She is originally from the Manila area, but she has worked in Brunei and is now working in Saudi Arabia.
