Hello good morning, I'm going to process my FLR(M) application and my husband called the immigration to ask if I could apply on August 13th this year because my visa will expire this coming September 10.

My question is, I read some of the posts here that you can apply when you complete your 30 months stay in UK?

Is this true or do I just wait 28 days before my visa expires?

Hi, Sarah ... it has been more than 8 years now since my own Filipina wife came to the UK. Unsurprisingly, many of the Immigration Rules have changed several times since then, so my reply may be somewhat outdated. But, *as far as I'm aware, the 28 days still feature, which means that - if in fact, I'm correct in this *assumption - :iagree: you should be able to apply for your FLR(M) from August 13 onwards as planned.

You can apply 28 days before your visa expires not earlier than that :smile:
