Hello guys,
It is with great sadness after all the efforts has been made I inform you that my daughters settlement visa has been refused due to sole resposibility. It is silly really because the birth should tell all that the child is illegitimate.
Here is the copy of the refusal letter.

Any chance you could transcribe the letter or put a copy we can read? It's difficult for anyone to advise if we can't read the reason for refusal. Couldn't you take it up with an immigration lawyer, see if they can suggest anything on an appeal?

Novie ... :sorry-2: to learn your daughter's visa has been refused - all the more so, after reading about the amount of effort you'd put into applying for it - based on the information you've shared with us here.
Apologies too, for being unable to advise you, having never been in this situation. :nono-1-1: ... therefore, in the circumstances, Lordna's suggestion that you consult an immigration specialist, really seems like a good !

Sorry to hear this. Please can you take a better photo of each page of the letter so people can read it?
