Quite a *summer (if one could call it *that!) it's been - with :Britain:'s air passengers waiting (impatiently :Brick:) for "take~off" :airline: adding to the misery.
According to tabulated data released by the Civil Aviation Authority - based on statistics for the months of June, July and August over the past two years - this was frequently the case with the airlines operating [purportedly] "cheaper" flights from London Gatwick to European destinations.
It must be said, though ... :anerikke: ... [timewise] British Airways didn't seem to fare (s'cuse pun) much better! :NoNo:
