David Dearlove, :cwm25: (what an inappropriate name, given the circumstances!) has been jailed for life ... with the judge's recommendation he serves a minimum of 13 years ... for the murder of his infant stepson in 1968.

Sentence was passed early this afternoon, following a two weeks' trial at Teesside Crown Court.
