Hi again, could anybody tell me if there's anything missing from this list regarding my wife's forthcoming ILR under Category A non salaried.

1.) 2 x 6 months pay slips.

2.) 2 x 6 months bank statements

3.) 2 x different employers letters stating what the employment is, gross annual salary, length of employment and type of employment.

4.) Marriage certificate.

5.) IELTS language certificate.

6.) Life in the UK certificate.

7.) Her current and old passports and my current one.

8.) Biometric residency permit.

9.) 2 photos wife 1 me.

10.) Evidence of cohabiting.

11.) Application form Set M.

Just one more thing do we have to provide our son's passport and birth certificate as he is a British Citizen thanks once again. Mark...

This is the part I'm not so sure about, however ... having never been in that situation. Therefore, if :cwm25: your nearest Local Authority (Middlesbrough?) happens to have a 'Checking Service', then it may be worthwhile getting in touch with the staff there. Alternatively - and for the sake of "erring on the safe side" - you might be as well to include your son's British Passport and Birth Certificate to accompany your wife's application.
