Just exercising their right to peaceful protest. Surely that's what our brave boys were fighting to protect way back then.

Can never quite understand the hero worship of Churchill. The Landslide victory for Atlee in '45 surely indicates that he wasn't a hero for people of the time. Yep, obviously the man for the job in wartime but clearly not a man of the people.
