Hi all,

My name is Gordy I am married to Lourdes and we live in Manchester. We have been married a year and a half and presently trying to save for Lourdes's papers so she we get her leave to remain visa. We are farly stressed at the moment trying to find the £750 which we need to pay the Home Ofiice. I find this so unfair as it has more than doubled in price and making us poorer famlies struggling to find the money.

Anyway, thought I would join this forum and meet other filipino/British couples.

£750 :NoNo:, i had to pay £1,900 this time last year for FLR, then ILR * 2, and oh don't forget the 'life in the uk' that your wife has to take b4 you apply for ILR .. :cwm24:
