Hi. This morning I have registered on Life in the UK account online to book my exam. But I have not received the e-mail verification up to now it’s evening time! There are no contact details whatsoever there for technical problems. I only found the e-mail address to send complaints. I emailed them anyway. But autoresponse says they will respond within 10 days!
Looking to book my exam 5 days from now, hopefully.
Anybody experienced the same? What did you do? I tried to click the “forgot password”, I got the email link to reset, and was able to reset it. But when I try to log in it still says I need to verify the email! (That I have not got!!) Help!
