Vignette transfer. Unable to travel before the 30-day vignette expiry.

Hi, `i am from the Philippines and I would like to ask how to process an application for a 30-day vignette extension? My entry clearance will expire on September 15, and unfortunately, I will not be able to travel before that day due to some pending documents.
