Been on quite a few mountain bus rides
Some in Mindanao are similar to the video you posted.

The most scary for me here in Luzon was from Naga City to Caramoan...but I here they are now making concrete surfaces and more safe bypasses now.

A trip to Caramoan is well worth it IMHO.....
