P1500 per month for this condo. Worth it?

It's small and the roosters are real noisy. Situated in the northern part of Cebu province near the beach.

Like our place , but (a lot) smaller.

We also have a very large, enclosed garden around our shack... and no rent.

Downside... it's 5 miles to the beach.
