I'm sceptical when it comes to people with "charisma". It's not a problem if it's genuine but that's not always the case. Narcissists and conmen commonly have this trait - two sorts that you would avoid at all cost. People can also use "charisma" to hide more sinister sides to their personality.

I'd rank sincerity far higher than charisma but this article originates from the most pretentious country on the planet so it comes as no surprise.
