The LRT line 2 remains closed from my end anyway.
Trains from Cubao to Recto now operating. My travel days and limited now until they fully reopen that LRT2 which will be around 9 months from now.
This means that traffic has got very significantly worse (well if that was ever possible)
Anyone vistiting Manila or passing through beware and prepare for a long long journey.
