Under a new law - effective from today - ALL otherwise healthy adults in England will, in the event of their sudden, unexpected demise, be automatically considered potential lifesavers; i.e, unless of course, ... :anerikke: ... they'd chosen to opt~out for legitimate cultural or religious reasons.

Although the law came into force today, :cwm25: its implementation will only become operational once current covid restrictions are finally lifted.
Elsewhere in UK, such legislation was already formally introduced by the Welsh Assembly back in 2015. Whereas the Scottish Government intends pressing ahead this autumn, subject again, to the coronvirus situation. Northern Ireland continues to have an opt~in system. :xxgrinning--00xx3:
