"Loose Talk, Chat, etc.," this Section might be, but most certainly "ISN'T "Off Topic" here :NoNo: ... where it's been :raining: non-stop the entire :censored: day!

If the past month is anything to go by, Summer 2020 - North of the Border at least - will've definitely lived up to its reputation in having the lowest :freezin: seasonal temperatures for 5 years.

It's not just North of the border, South of the border is fairly chilly as well.

A blazing heatwave has been forecast for some while, it just never happens.

I was so cold last week that I ordered a new oil radiator, it arrived this morning, thank goodness.

Blimey.

34C today, and some rain this afternoon.

About the norm here really. :Erm:

Scots Set For "French Frazzle" To End July ...

I don't know about the Scots, or the French.

Here in Leeds we have better weather than the Philippines today.

Yes ... there was lots of :sunshine: up here as well, yesterday. Although nothing like the temperatures you had in Leeds. And, as you're aware ... :anerikke:... British weather can rarely be relied upon.

Y'know, I used to fondly imagine the *weather often seemed to change at the turn of the month, :cwm25: ... but that clearly wasn't the case on this occasion, given *it's stayed dry & mainly bright from 31st July thru 2nd August.

Not had much rain this past few days here Arthur, but 30+ degrees and humid, as per normal.

Funeral of my brother-in-law today too, so I'm glad it's been dry for the family.

(Though having said that, I can see clouds gathering. At least it's after lunch now, and the church service and internment should be finished).

I didn't attend, due to worries about this Covid thing.
