I don't understand the difference between Flemish and Dutch, I believe they are very similar.

Never been to Blankenberge, but I have visited Brussels, Ghent, and Antwerp on many occasions. Awesome beers and Frites. :smile:

Flemish people are happy to speak English, not French.
