60-year-old man dies after 'random and unprovoked' stabbing attack in Oxford Circus

The victim, who has not yet been named, was found injured following the incident in Oxford Circus, near Regent Street, at around 8pm on Thursday.

He later died in hospital.

A 25-year-old man was arrested at the scene on suspicion of grievous bodily harm and possession of an offensive weapon and has now been arrested on suspicion of murder.

Police have released details of three men they want to speak to in connection with a violent homophobic attack in Birmingham.
