The ex-boss of Shell says EU should ban the sale of new cars that do under 35 miles to the gallon.

Heres what I propose in addition: We knock down all 5 bedroom houses and Mansions as they clearly not fuel efficent. Next, we abolish First Class and Business Class in all air travel, and then thirdly, I propose petrol goes up to £3 a litre. :NoNo:

I think ALL MP's should use horses.....set an example. Don't worry about the manure smell, it will just blend in with the rest of London :D
