I'd like to put a pic of me and my wife in my posts - just like most of you guys - how do I do it ?

Andrew, click on "My Controls" below the Google searchbar at the top of this page, then click "Edit Avatar Settings" on left hand side. You can either upload a piccie or submit an existing picture from a website. :)
