Over the last few days I've purchased a Quadcore server based in Manchester :yikes: (traitor), as the one we are on now if 4 years old, and in New York, this causes multiple problems like slow loading & processing, etc.
I've moved about 15 sites so far with no problems, and transferred another forum last night which went 100%, and all DNS records across the WWW have updated, although the UK records updated within minutes.
So I will probably transfer this site late Tuesday night, and although UK folk should be able to get on it, those in the Philippines may have to wait for the new inforamtion to spread around the globe, which can take a few hours.

and for those uneducated on here, Salford and Manchester are not the same place, they are 2 different cities that touch, the only 2 that do touch in the uk :doh
and i'm from Salford not Manchester :icon_lol:

Glendale in Arizona used to be a city....until Phoenix spread out...now it is a suburb of Phoenix, same as Salford is now a suburb of Manchester....but the posh folk don't want to admit it :D
If the server goes AoverT at any time Joe, you are on 24/7 call out to run down the office and fix it :omg:

Seems to have propagated the Irish way.....done most of the world, but some ISP's in the UK have yet to update, yet the other 20 domains I transferred before this all updated within the hour.
I'm only on here now via a Chinese proxy!!

Yes I noticed that the speed has vastly increased, but I seem not to be able to post anything by using the quote bottons or the post reply one.... I am trying with the quick reply window, hope that works.
