Although its a proposal, this is just another step on the road to George Orwell's 1984. Cameras everywhere watching everything we do, and penalising you ££££££'s if you slip up. Disturbing.

They actually work well in the USA, but they are built as part of the road when it's new, and so normal lanes are 2-5 wide, they do not take the 'Fast lane' and convert it as we do over here :doh
