if she got a fiancee visa she's not allow to work

As well as a fiancee visa not allowing you to work it only lasts 6 months. I think I'm right in saying that the UK authorities will take a dim view if the marriage doesn't take place within 6 months. People would need a very good reason when they applied for visa extention.

I hope this is OK with Admin, but a very good, free, accurate website for UK immigration/citizenship issues is [Admin: Not Really. So the info on here is wrong then??!!]

Like others say on Vimvies current Visa she can't work and don't rush into it to soon.

However good Vimvies English seems to you, it will still be hard for her in interviews and everyday life just understanding others.

one of the differences btw a spouse visa and a fiancee visa,

when applying for a fiancee visa you could use 3rd party financial support in the past, so you shouldn't need to work, also the visa is only for 6 months,

while a spouse visa, you should not be allowed 3rd party financial support, so you can work straight away, and also its a 2 yr visa, so you can send your misses straight out to work, even better find her a job b4 her feet touch the ground :xxgrinning--00xx3:
