hi guys,

i'm a bit busy and no time to scan so much of the post so pls forgive me... I am going to apply now for settlement visa and wanted to include my kids so that we will come to uk together..I understand about the payment that separate (manager's check each) But confused of the form. Do i use the same form? or use separate settlement form each?

another...i have a sister who married to british national and she is now holding uk passport. Can i include her as my sponsor aside from my husband? I'M thinking of this to be sure of entry in uk as i have a doubt the financial capacity of my husband since i will bring my 2 kids along...Is this possible? pls give me advises. thnx

Hi JTA,
I'm pretty sure that they won't allow you to include your sister as an additional sponsor. As you are applying for a settlement (Spousal) visa, it is you husband who must provide evidence that he has the means to support and house both you and your children (if you include them on the application) without recourse to public funds of any kind.

Can your Sister not assit your Hubby with a tempoary loan to boost the bank account? Also do you have enough rooms in your house in the UK? I would have to dig out the rules, but depending on their age and sex you will need either an extra bedroom or two.
